Once-open Filter press

With extended oil cylinder and walking beams, fast open filter press can release all filter plates(cakes) at a single pull via the chains connecting each plate. It can also realize full automatic cake discharge without manual intervention when installed with plate shaking device.

Once-open Filter Press:

Advantages: higher efficiency,plate shaking available,high automization and less labour demand.

Disadvantages: limitation on total number of plates(normally no more than 30 pcs), only suitable for some specific areas.
